Simple Prose in Life

I was so glad to hear that my cousin was relieved from her sickness. Yesterday was the 4th day of her suffering but according to her mom, cousin was already well. She was able to retain some of her energy that was lost during her sickness. I was praying for her fast recovery and so she can cope with her health. Now she’ll be able to go to school again so that she would not be left behind in their lessons. I was thanking God for answering our prayer and also her parents for taking care of my cousin.

Yesterday I went over the house of my uncle to visit his son who has been sick for about two days. My cousin texted me that she was so sick because of a very severe fever, headache, and sore throat. Her mother gave her some medicine and a sponge bath just to lessen her temperature. They also tried to contact their family doctor so that my cousin will be checked-up. I felt so sad with her because she was so pitiful while lying on her bed. I hope she will be okay soon.
