Due to the rise of the modern technology several industries have been experiencing terrible problems. One good example here is the mailing industries. Several years ago, people have been dependent on the postal service which nowadays is called snail mail. Due to the sudden development of the technology electronic mail has been given birth and most of us are using this kind of service these days because of the fact that it is much faster than the old one. I don’t believe that the industry of postal services has never experienced sudden drop of their income. I supposed that there is a very huge drop in their annual income due to the competitor which is actually very relevant. Now this is what we call the side effects of the modern technological development.
Recently I talked with my father about our plans for the bikes that we have in our house. As far as I could remember, we have about four frames; two for mountain bikes, one for a road bike, and another one for a BMX. I have featured the BMX frame once in this site. We were planning to restore everything so that if ever we want to go biking we could choose among those bikes. We are also planning to make it one of our few collections. Those frames except the BMX are much older than me so it is an antique item. As of now we were still gathering some budget to kick off this project.
My best friend just called me up this morning to tell me that he will not be going with me for our road trip. He had a big problem on his bike. He found out that the tires were almost busted. We were planning to cruise towards the south and visit our classmate there. He told me that he needs to gather amounts before he could purchase a new set of tires for it. So due to that we decided to postpone the trip and maybe make it next month because of several troubles and also the planning will take a long way for us.
I just visited the Cebu BMX forum on istorya.net and a surprising new post set me up on a very shocking moment. I was invited to attend the bikers meet possibly happening this next week. I don’t know what to do but he just told me to bring whatever bike I have. But I was feeling kinda scared with a bit of shame because I don’t really have a good bike since I am still building it right now. I don’t know what to do with this but I hope I could fix my mountain bike as soon as possible, just to be presentable. These people owns top of the line bikes which in fact is packed with imported parts. I just hope that I could bear some confidence to bring up my nasty bike on the spot. Well, they said it that I could bring any type of bike, so be it.
My sister went tripping along the farm owned by her officemate’s grandparents. I was asking her if I could join in their trip but she said it was exclusive, LOL. Well, I just stumble down because even if I roll down crying on the floor, nothing will happen still. She went out very excited trying to show that she’s teasing me. Well, it’s like “Don’t care” and let it pass and just dream about it. And maybe somewhere in the middle of this life I will be able to go tripping for a very nice destination. But I will not do same thing as what she did. LOL
I went strolling downtown today after I got my money from the ATM machine. As usual, what I did is search for new spots wherein there is a new bike shop. I am always seeking for top of the line bicycle parts around the place because of my passion for it. But with that I felt unlucky because I didn’t find even a single store which caters specialized bicycle parts. Most of the store that we have here in our place doesn’t have those parts that I am looking to form and build my BMX bike. But I am too much hopeful that someday there will be one stop shop here in our city.
Back to the extreme world that I always want to dare. I felt sympathy together with the local rider in our town. Most of them were trying to find a better spots wherein they could enjoy riding with their bikes but according to them there were no budgets intended for such sports. Most of the riders that I know seeks for sponsors but can’t find even one. Well, I understand the fact that it is very hard to convince someone from the service especially in the government to shred out some budget for the fulfillment of the local riders. It’s a big money talk which will take a very long period of decision making and planning. But everyone, especially me since I am a newbie, is very hopeful that someday our dreams will soon rise and hammer down a change in the system.
I just got few useful helps from my sister. It’s a sort of financial assistance from her because I am terribly reaching out for some sort of money matters. Though it seems that I don’t really need money as of the current living but I must work for a bit of stocks for the next few days from now. I manage to have a plan for spending this quite big amount for very useful stuffs. I just hope that more blessings will come soon.
Implementing a process for those very critical matters needs perfection, though someone would say that there’s no such thing as perfect in this world. Such as the ongoing controversies about the first automated election of the country, I don’t think that it’s really working. Well, after all of these issues I hope that everything will be done clearly and there will be clearly stated answers for all of the questions of the public.
A few days ago I have heard and seen many accidents and tragedy from the different spots of the country. I just thought of it that we were still very blessed that even though our family is striving due to financial problems, we weren’t able to suffer from those painful accidents. There are sometimes that I felt so bad and I think that there’s no more light on my path but then it was just a tiny piece compared to those people who are suffering from sickness, death, accidents, tragedy, and others. But still it is very hard to endure and withstand against those blockades along the road of life.
